🏋️ Training + Coaching FAQs
-
Absolutely. Our training programs are designed for anyone who wants expert guidance to build strength, improve performance, or maintain long-term health.
-
We combine rehab expertise with performance coaching. That means your plan is built with your history, movement patterns, and goals in mind—no cookie-cutter workouts here.
-
It depends on your goals, but many clients train 1–2 times per week with a coach and follow a custom program in between. We also offer an Open Gym model, where you can access your guided training plan on your own time—with supervision from our team always nearby to answer questions and ensure you're staying on track.
🧾 Payment + Scheduling FAQs
-
Treatment recommendations and pricing are fully customized based on our doctors’ findings during your assessment, as well as your individual goals and needs. Pricing will vary depending on the level of support required and the complexity of the condition being treated.
-
We understand that your time is valuable and trust that you will be compliant with your program outside of our clinic and this allows us to be less frequent with your visits and ultimately get you back to your goals quicker.
Our patients usually are seen 1x per week for the initial 2-3 visits to make sure you are progressing appropriately and to get you out of pain as soon as possible. From there, once the pain is minimal and we are able to progress with more functional movement, we spread out the remaining visits every 2-3 weeks so that you can work the exercise program we provide you and TRULY achieve your goals and get the results you deserve.
-
This will be dependent on the severity of the injury and limitations found within your evaluation by your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Typically our patients are seen anywhere from 8-12 visits in a plan of care to get rid of the pain, address the root cause, and implement a long term solution to prevent the issue from coming back again in the future.
-
We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer longer, 1-on-1 sessions and personalized care without the limitations of insurance-based models. Many of our clients use HSA/FSA funds or submit for reimbursement through their insurance using a superbill (we'll provide one!).
-
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes everything your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. You can submit it to your insurer to request reimbursement for eligible physical therapy services. We’ll provide these after each visit or package.
-
